Placing Certifications "On Hold"
You have the ability to place a tenant's current “In Process” certification “on hold” in order to re-open and work with any of the tenant's past, completed certifications.
There is no limit on how many past certifications can be re-opened, but you must open the certifications in order, from the current to the oldest, as well as complete/finalize the certifications in order, from the oldest to the most recent. This ensures that the tenant's transactions are updated correctly in Tenant Accounts Receivable (TAR).
